Gilly is my student, just change the gender and the name.
He says "Sorry" ALL the time, for every act and with big, brown eyes that could melt your heart, BUT as soon as you turn your back he is at it again, just ever so slyly irritating every one with his words, actions and presence.
I wish I had a really good comeback for "sorry" or a really effective consequence, but I'm afraid he will find the consequence on his own in a few short years in the penal system. Sad, isn't it?
