We were 24 years old. That's seems so young now to be having children. I'm sure we were too young, but it felt right.
We were naive. We had no idea what it was like to parent. All we knew was that we had this beautiful baby boy.
We didn't know what he would become. We didn't know what was ahead, but none of that occurred to us at that moment, thirty three years ago. All we knew then was the miracle of birth. Look at what has been created. It is a miracle.
We didn't know then that Josh would bring us laughter. Always. Even now.
We didn't know then that Josh would be a loyal friend. Always. Even now.
We didn't know Josh would be a loving brother. Always. Even now.
We didn't know Josh would be successful in his job. Always. Even now.
We didn't know Josh would be a loving husband. Always. Even now.
We didn't know Josh would bring us love, Always. Even and most especially now.
