Brain Power

Having my dad in Assisted Living and being surrounded by the elderly makes one think a tad too much about what lies ahead.

Shudder, shudder, shudder.

As a result I've become ever conscious about growing my synapses.

I've started making sure I do sudoku and scrabble every day.

Then I came across this website: Lumosity.

It was created specifically to help increase brain power.

You can create your own game plan and then it will score your results.

A complete program does run a monthly fee, but it will allow you to play three games out of the five for free. It really is fun and it has shown me my synapses are still connected

at least in the areas they are measuring.
