I know, don't cry for me. I had to wear long pants and a long sleeved shirt.
Our new routine is the girls get up at 6 am with one parent and Gg.
Then when the girls see each other they scream and shout and revel in the fact that the other is here AGAIN. Who knew a cousin could be so much fun?
So now the other parent and Grandpa are up because who can sleep with all the partying?
And after breakfast we take walks or play outside or play inside, except today we went to an outlet mall twenty minutes away.
The girls were great, considering their ages, however even though we didn't stay very long, we missed the napping window for Aven and Noelle's seemed to be greatly shortened as well.
So our afternoon was spent doing lots of entertaining.
One of the activities was Gg steering Grandpa's rented bike around the yard while Daddy or Mommy held each child singly or tandem on the seat.
Great fun was had by all, but to an onlooker it may have appeared as if some medication was needed pronto.
Needless to say the girls went to bed early and what the adults are finding is that an early bedtime makes for a better day for them too!
The Mommies and Gg have a Spa Day tomorrow!
