Book Club

Yesterday I attended my first Book Club in my new community.

I had not been a part of a Book Club before. In the past I've not wanted to have my book selection dictated, even though I would have enjoyed the book discussion.

However, new residence, new attitude.

This Book Club is rather large and to accommodate the numbers there were three books. Then we were divided into three discussion groups.

I loved it.

In this manner the groups are small and then there is a book choice.

The book I read was The Art Forger by B. A. Shapiro.

It was an ok book, but the most fun was meeting the group of women and having our discussion. Everyone had different viewpoints and I enjoyed their perspective.

I'm very much looking forward to the next month!
