Role model

It's been so fun to watch my older grandchildren and their siblings connect. The youngers want to do EXACTLY what the olders are doing and the olders can sometimes be thoughtful and caring as a role model or they can instigate situations if they so choose.

I will be curious about toilet training. Both youngers want to go to the potty just like their sibling, but are not quite ready to grab the enticement offered by their parents. I do see Hadley, who is already two, beginning to use the potty. But here, as witnessed by the photo, Braxton is more into the fun of it all. He has the cutest Elmo potty. And right now it is just hanging out doing what his sister is doing, sort of.
