Literally. Down, dog. So I go to do my yoga on my favorite site yoga today and I roll out my new green mat and who should start his pose right away...Bailey, my yogini Shih Tzu. Now I may look like I only did one pose the entire evening, but truly I completed more; "yoga-dog" on the other hand did one...down dog.

Down Dog
