Stapleton, CO

It's actually, Denver, CO according to the postal address, but Natalie and Brad are living in the Stapleton development area of CO.

It is a planned community.

The houses are all very close together,

but there are pocket parks within every residential grouping -

There's a skateboard park, my grand baby had better not go there too soon!

Here's a very large elementary school backing up to a recreational area.

A little rock climbing wall for the "wee" ones. Again, my grand baby had better not go here for a while.
Right now Natalie and Brad are renting a "row" condo.

It's really hard to tell which one is their's. They even have difficulty. I had to memorize the number and even then when I walked up to use the key I was worried I was at the wrong door.
But Bailey, knows! He turns right in!

They have a little "downtown" area with some chain restaurants, a Starbucks, grocery store, and assorted other shops. Enough of the basics so you don't have to travel for those forgotten items.
There are kids playing outside after school, there are moms and dads pushing the strollers during the day, there are people walking dogs all the time.

It's a very comfortable area.

In fact it's such a popular area that the kids are having to stay aggressive about finding a house. If one comes on the market it is snatched up. That's good for the economy, right?

I'm confident something will appear before little baby bean comes.
