If you work at McDonald's an hour is worth minimum wage. That's about $7.25.
As a teacher, doing 'extra' work you make about $20.
The guy who came to rake my leaves, $35.
The guy came to fix my fridge, $50.
My doctor, probably around $150, but that's for the visit, (about 15 minutes) and not an entire hour.
Professional football player, $770,000 per hour.
Ouch.
It's interesting to me as I roam the city during the day, looking at all the workers, and wondering about their time and what it is worth.
So what's an hour worth?
What criteria do you use to decide?
I don't ever think 'fairness' will ever factor in.
